Effective assessment and refinement of soft skills
In today’s job market, a pressing dilemma confronts job seekers and employers alike: the assessment and cultivation of soft skills. Unlike technical proficiencies, measuring and refining attributes like communication, adaptability and teamwork have remained formidable obstacles. With this in mind, the EU-funded Birth of Core-Skill project will develop a novel approach. Specifically, it will introduce a revolutionary software named THE LAB, a creation of project coordinator Rising Up. It pinpoints essential soft skills and ushers in a new era of effective skill development, poised to reshape the landscape of professional success. This is a comprehensive analysis and optimisation framework that has the potential to transform the job market as we know it.
Objective
This groundbreaking solution in the field of skills development enables for the first time a qualitative analysis of soft-skills and optimise it’s development. Rising Up provides an integrated software solution called THE LAB for identifying and
developing the soft (core)skills that are needed to access the job market.
