Training plan I

The training plan will define the topics to be covered by the training sessions and e-learning courses.

A guide providing access to relevant documents, information, and contacts, how to provide feedback to clients or how to cooperate with the L&F NCPs community.

Feasibility study of e-learning courses certification

This study will report on feasibility of developing a certification system over a selected number of the e-learning courses in the Virtual Campus.

L&F NCPs cooperation plan I

A tailor-made plan for the future cooperation among L&F NCPs.

Report on ESR analysis and methods

A report describing a common framework/standards for newly appointed NCP Coordinators, which goes beyond minimum standards provided by the EC. It will contain a common standards guide to be used as a training tool for newly appointed NCP Coordinators.

NCP Portal microsite managers and authors guide

An online document to provide support to registered users and mentor microsites’ managers and authors.

Dissemination, communication, exploitation plan I

It will contain the strategy, tools, target groups and appropriate communication KPIs necessary to meet the communication needs of the project’s stakeholders.

Preliminary study on new services and features to incorporate in the HE NCP Portal

This study will define and prioritise the new features (SSO, NCP newsletter management, Custom front-end design etc.) and services (NCPs public profiles directory, Applicants' profiles directory, Dynam-ic FAQ, Microsites’ analytics reports, HTML live documents) that could be incorporated in the portal.

The second training plan will be an update of the first training plan, in order to tackle the new needs of the target groups.
