Deliverables
An Open Data Management Plan (ODMP) will be created for INDEEP following best practice. At the start of the project, INDEEP will set up an Open Data Management Plan (ODMP) according to the FAIR data principles and following GDPR. Managed and organised by TUS, all collected data will be compiled in a quality-controlled common database within each beneficiary, supported by data manager officers and data management infrastructures. As part of the ODMP, the coordinating centre will provide a data vocabulary and data snapshots with persistent identifiers (e.g., Digital Object Identifiers) including the necessary metadata information (WP2) to make the data findable and interoperable. Metadata supplied with INDEEP data will also ensure that third parties can gather further data in a comparable way and thus extend the dataset. Interoperability of the data will be further facilitated using commonly employed measurement methods, harmonised variable formats, and standard data formats readable by various common software packages and technologies. To ensure data re-usability, a sharable dataset will be prepared for researchers outside the consortium beyond the project lifetime.
The Project Website, which will be designed and developed in collaboration with professionals by members of the INDEEP consortium, will be launched. An official launch of the website will be made. Through social media and through personal communications with societies and research groups, a large push on disseminating the information about INDEEP will be made.
