Report outlining the analysis of existing standards-based data models and definition of modelling needs to address the data available in the project. It will focus on selecting appropriate standards-based data models and concepts to be included in the project's Data Model while defining data modelling gaps that need to be further elaborated in the project.
Policy & Regulations Analysis

Report on estimation of the potential and challenges existing for the exploitation of iAMP-Hydro digital solutions. Conducted for the partner countries and key international markets (one country from Africa, Latin America & Central Asia). Report will include: legal and regulatory framework conditions; survey on regional and national strategies, plans, policy objectives, implemented/planned measures and instruments, related to hydro digitalisation.

Report on design of the iAMP-Hydro ICT components architecture, including: definition of use cases and user requirements; Conceptual architecture design; Components functional and technical specifications; and Design of individual components
Site Evaluation Plan and Preparation Activities Report

Report on definition of a verification and validation framework to measure the project’s technical maturity and the results achieved in the different test sites. Specific validation scenarios will be defined with sub-groups of KPIs to properly address specificities of each site. The validation framework will also focus on defining additional KPIs (technical,economic, environmental and social) to enable a holistic assessment of the project impact per validation site. Preparation activities for planning the launch of the validation activities will also be outlined in this report.
