Deliverables

Data Management Plan (opens in new window)

Report outlining the data management processes and standard operating procedures to be used in the project including open science practices

COP portal with site data & supporting case study documents (opens in new window)

Community of Practice (COP) dedicated portal activited on iAMP-Hydro website containing data from the five validation sites for COP members to access and supporting case study data from other locations from WP6 & 7

PDEC: Communication Activities, Tools & Resources (opens in new window)

Plan for dissemination, exploitation and communication (PDEC) including: Identification of target audience; Definition of objectives and stakeholders’ interests; Tailoring communication channels and tools; Outlining knowledge management and transfer plans; Outline IP protection strategy and IPR management; Defining impact pathways. PDEC to be evaluated against KPIs in in Table 2.2.1.

hydro and energy data modelling landscape analysis (opens in new window)

Report outlining the analysis of existing standards-based data models and definition of modelling needs to address the data available in the project. It will focus on selecting appropriate standards-based data models and concepts to be included in the project's Data Model while defining data modelling gaps that need to be further elaborated in the project.

Policy & Regulations Analysis (opens in new window)

Report on estimation of the potential and challenges existing for the exploitation of iAMP-Hydro digital solutions. Conducted for the partner countries and key international markets (one country from Africa, Latin America & Central Asia). Report will include: legal and regulatory framework conditions; survey on regional and national strategies, plans, policy objectives, implemented/planned measures and instruments, related to hydro digitalisation.

Platform architecture designed and released (opens in new window)

Report on design of the iAMP-Hydro ICT components architecture, including: definition of use cases and user requirements; Conceptual architecture design; Components functional and technical specifications; and Design of individual components

Site Evaluation Plan and Preparation Activities Report (opens in new window)

Report on definition of a verification and validation framework to measure the project’s technical maturity and the results achieved in the different test sites. Specific validation scenarios will be defined with sub-groups of KPIs to properly address specificities of each site. The validation framework will also focus on defining additional KPIs (technical, economic, environmental and social) to enable a holistic assessment of the project impact per validation site. Preparation activities for planning the launch of the validation activities will also be outlined in this report.
