Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation Plan (CDEP)

This deliverable will set out the C&D aims, activities, tools and target groups, and exploitation activities. It will outline the project’s audiences, key messages and key channels.

Report on stakeholder engagement and activity

This deliverable will be produced in relation with Task 5.2 “Stakeholder engagement”. It will contain the initial summary of the activities carried out with the Advisory Board in the first year of the project, such as, interactions with the Advisory Board, contributions from stakeholders, results and learning from meetings, etc.

Communication & Dissemination activities report

This deliverable will contain the summary of the communication and dissemination activities developed during the first year of the WILLOW project.

Acceptability requirements and usability guidelines of the WILLOW WF tools

This deliverable will present the identification of all the relevant needs and functional requirements from potential users of the WILLOW tools.

This deliverable will be a website ready to be used as main dissemination tool. The website will describe the goals, partners, and research tasks.

Data Management Plan

This deliverable will contain the information corresponding to the Open Research Data Pilot (ORDP). It will report on how WILLOW will manage the data generated and ensure the open access to scientific publications, etc.

Occurrence quantification of wind farm curtailment in future wind-dominated grids

This deliverable will contain the open-source model resulting from Task 4.2 “Forecasting the share of curtailed operation”. It will include plausible scenarios with various combinations of energy demand, energy production and energy storage in the grid on the one hand, and OPEX costs versus production income on the other hand, leading to a probability distribution of degrees of curtailment across the wind farm's lifetime.
