Plan for dissemination and exploitation including communication activities (related to Task 8.1)The Plan for dissemination, exploitation and communication will describe a whole set of communication & dissemination actions, tailored to the needs of Hi-BITS and its targeted stakeholders, with the aim to maximise the visibility of the project.These actions will include general communication tools and channels, to promote project activities and disseminate its results among a broad audience, including the general public. Communication actions will include the development of the project website, newsletter, videos, and infographics as tools and channels that will be used to disseminate the project’s concept and main messages. The use of social media to promote the project will also be described, e.g. through Twitter and LinkedIn. Dissemination to relevant stakeholders, using appropriate channels will also be described.

Project Management guidelines and quality control procedures are related to Task 1.2. A Project Handbook with guidelines for appropriate management and quality assurance procedures will be developed and agreed. The handbook will contain a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and a schedule per task, responsible partners related to subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks. Furthermore, the handbook will contain information on administrative matters, such as e.g., the organisation of consortium meetings and respective follow-ups, the use of the collaborative virtual workspace to enable secure, selective, and real-time information exchange and collaboration among all partners and best practices for use of the workspace and the platform for monitoring the sample flow.

The update of Project Handbook with Project Management guidelines and quality control procedures. The updated Project Handbook will include any updates and changes to the initial version (from M3) that were identified to be necessary throughout the project execution.
