Data Management Plan (1)

Project, data management and risk plan

Project organization in terms of team structure, roles, responsibilities and work plan. It describes the Quality Assurance procedure and the strategy to keep risks under control and mitigate them. Analysis of the main elements of the data management policy that will be used by the project partners.(revised M17 and M35)

Social, Ethical, Legal, Privacy issues identification and monitoring

Identification, definition and description of the guidelines for the project and the required documentations, including possible social, ethical, legal and privacy issues(updated M36)

Digital transformation of the HP sector

Report on current digital status of HPPs and clusters in the EU. This will be based on data obtained from involved HPPs and companies, which will be processed for extracting interdependencies among machinery/infrastructure status of HPPs and clusters, operational parameters and interconnectivity, O&M protocols, weather and external conditions, digitization level, data security, energy market and econo-societal needs, water quality and environmental effects.

Requirements, Tools & Definitions

Report on requirements and specifications for full digitization of HP sector. Based on participating HPPs and utilizing data obtained in D1.1, sets the goals of fully digital O&M system for modern digitally handled HPP and clusters, investigating pathways and tools to reach it in accordance with existing level of digitization. Requirements for data security and interoperability and for developing the decision-making platform. Definition of use cases and adoption in further HPPs and clusters.

Exploitation Plan

Plan for Di-Hydro exploitation. It will include strategic plans for exploiting project outcomes, including sensor technologies, data, algorithms etc.(updated M36)

Di-Hydro project website

A project website including private and public areas will be opened. It will provide information regarding research outcomes, data, AI-based algorithms, social adoption of digital technologies in HPPs, environmental reports and will enable communication between relevant shareholders and the general public. Private full access to data, technologies and early outcomes to consortium members.
