Data Management Plan

First version of the Data Management Plan (DMP)describing the guiding principles for the projectdata management, its legal framework, rules of itsstorage and processing, resources allocated andrelated security and ethical aspects.In addition, the DMP workplan will include a deliverables for open access to research data. (T1.4)

Definition of KPIs and methodology for techno- economic assessment

The KPIs to be considered for a comprehensivetechno-economic assessment of the plantperformance. The deliverable will also include thedescription of the methodology followed duringthe preparation of the techno-economic models(including cost functions & thermodynamicaspects)

Project Management Plan

Detailed Project Management Plan with a Gantt Chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). It includes a schedule per task, responsible partner related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks. At least 1 revision should be done in the course of the project (one just before the end of the first reporting period and one just before the end of the second reporting period (T1.1)

Exploitation/ Dissemination plan

The plan on exploitation and dissemination definethe strategies regarding the dissemination andexploitation of the project results and how they willbe protected.
