Deliverables
Data Management Plans (DMPs) are a key element of good data management. A DMP describes the data management life cycle for the data to be collected, processed and/or generated. DMP will include information on: the handling of research data during and after the end of the project, the type of data that is collected, as well as methodology and standards. Data will be shared/made open access and data will be curated (including after the end of the project).
"This deliverable will focus on a program on ""Recommendations on Digitalization and Digital Services"" designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complexities of digital transformation successfully. Interactive sessions will explore the best practices and strategies for digitalization, focusing on optimizing digital services and enhancing customers’ experience. It will combine both theoretical foundations with practical case studies and interactive exercises to ensure a dynamic and engaging learning experience. Participants will focus on the good practices to develop digital transformation."
Digital services evaluation methodology (opens in new window)As digital services continue to shape our modern world, evaluating their efficacy and optimizing user experiences become paramount. This deliverable will focus on the introduction of innovative evaluation methodology designed to comprehensively assess and improve digital services. It will focus on the framework for evaluating the quality, performance, and user satisfaction of digital services through existing literature and case studies. The methodology will have a Framework Design with multidimensional approaches with criteria for the evaluation of user needs and solutions efficiency and effectiveness.
Recommendations on digitalisation and digital services (opens in new window)In today's digital age, organizations across industries are undergoing digital transformation to stay competitive and thrive. This deliverable aims to explore and provide valuable recommendations to make it successful in the context of complexity and leverage digital services for their growth and success. The findings and recommendations will contribute to the existing body of knowledge on digitalization and digital services. The practical insights gained will empower our organizations to make informed decisions, optimize their digitalization efforts, and leverage digital services to drive growth, innovation, and competitiveness. To do so, we will use a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative research methods. The qualitative aspect will involve a comprehensive literature review and in-depth analysis of relevant case studies. The quantitative aspect may include surveys or interviews with professionals and experts in the field of digitalization and digital services to gather insights and validate the developed recommendations.
Analytical framework for assessing the role of cultural and socio-economic factors in shaping digital transformation of higher education entities (opens in new window)Identification of key factors of a multi-cultural setting for digital transformation and describing the Analytical framework for assessing the role of cultural and socio-economic factors in shaping digital transformation of higher education entities.
Plan for dissemination and exploitation including communication activities (opens in new window)A plan for dissemination and quality will be drafted on M6. The dissemination plan is an ongoing dialogue with all potential users including researchers, universities, non-academic partners and managers of organizations. During the project, we will update the plan every 12 months and make it more detailed. The plan will include information about: In what area do we expect to make an impact?, What needs might be solved/met thanks to the results of the project?, What outputs will be created?
The dissemination will showcase and promote evaluated digital projects and digital services. The tool aims to facilitate knowledge sharing, inspire innovation, and foster collaboration among organizations seeking to embark on their own digital transformation journeys. By disseminating information about evaluated digital projects and services, we can accelerate the adoption of best practices and drive overall digital maturity across industries.Part of the tool we purpose:1.Highlights Evaluated Digital Projects2.Showcases Innovative Digital Services3.Shares Lessons Learned and Best Practices4.Encourages Collaboration and NetworkingThe Dissemination Tool for Evaluated Digital Projects and Digital Services will serve as a valuable resource for organizations embarking on their digital transformation journeys. By showcasing successful projects, sharing best practices, and facilitating collaboration, this tool will empower organizations to make informed decisions, adopt innovative approaches, and drive digital maturity. Ultimately, the tool will contribute to the overall advancement and success of digitalization efforts across industries.
