Methodology for inventory of opportunities – demand side of the knowledge transfer market (Due M16) aims to perform the co-creation activities to discover opportunities on the demand side of industry. The MTs, via the use of system innovation approach, will facilitate activities in which the participants recruited by the OC (output from Task 2.5) will take the role of makers and will identify.
Mapping knowledge valorisation network

Mapping best practices on knowledge valorisation network (Due M6) aims at setting up the scene of the BEAGLE network to foster the exchange of experience in knowledge valorisation and collaborations between Academia and Industry stakeholders when creating new market niches (Blue Oceans Strategy). As part of the analysis, it is conducted the identification of international collaborations as well as the identification of methodologies, programmes and initiatives that partners of the project conduct on knowledge valorisation.
Open call

Open call (Due M10) aims to engage researchers from the partner universities and makers and innovators from industry belonging to partner clusters. D2.5 will have a 1st release for the OC for inventory of value proposition (linkage with Task 3.1) and a 2nd release for the OC for creation innovation proposal (linkage with Task 4.1).
PDER&COM plan

PDER&COM plan - Plan for Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication activities (Due M6) includes a communication policy, detailed map of the target audiences (inside and outside the consortium partners), and key messages, appropriate dissemination channels, communication calendar, resources, and responsibilities of the partners. The plan will also include sharing the publication of video-factsheets (resulting from WP3, WP4) as well as sharing best practices on A-I collaborations for new market niches (expected from WP5).

External engagement

External stakeholder engagement (Due M6) and liaison with relevant initiatives which is based on the mapping of the key external stakeholders, towards the creation of a pan-European facilitated network of interest, gathering stakeholders from different countries around the sectors of BEAGLE.

Internal communication & engagement (Due M2) is devoted to communicating the foreseen activities and objectives among the individuals of the members of the partnership, the beneficiaries. The aim is to gain overall engagement and active individuals participating in BEAGLE.

"Mapping of thematic niches (Due M9) identifies the main pain points and opportunities of (at least) 40 new market niches to select top#12 thematic niches the project will address within the innovation funnel as planned in WP3-WP4 and WP5."

Mixed Teams committee operative report (Due M12, M20, M30) concludes the set up of a committee of 12 Mixed Teams (MTs) who will lead the knowledge valorisation in the thematic niches defined in Task 2.2.
