Deliverables

Annual Knowledge Production Scheme (opens in new window)

A plan to be developed annually in the first scientific committee meetings considering the global developments and inputs from the stakeholders (e.g. in workshops). It will be renewed in M14 and M26 for the following years.

Annual Analytic Community Building Progress Report (opens in new window)

This annual report will detail the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the network. It will help us to analyse the network and take necessary measures if needed. It will be prepared in M24 and M36 as well.

DEC Plan (opens in new window)

A plan that details how to reach target audience using media and tools. This plan will be updated (M18) and finalised (M30) with a focus on developing a sustainable business plan.

A report summarising the agenda, list of participants, minutes & action points of the workshop. Research results will transform into policy papers in the following phase.

A feature that enables network members find all the open-source information they need about contemporary China in one.

A tool that enables network members to communicate through written channels.

GDPR Compliance, Ethics & Privacy Management Plan (opens in new window)

The plan will be used as a checklist with benchmarks and processes to monitor GDPR compliance as well as ethical and privacy concerns, especially in WP3 (network members information are gathered) and WP2 (privacy-preserving AI algorithms will be developed).

Joint MarketPlace (opens in new window)

A feature of the platform for information and announcement sharing.

Data Management Plan (opens in new window)

The DMP will detail data management and protection strategy during and after the project lifecycle. It will be updated in M28 taking into account lessons learned during the project.
