Report on the outcome of the preparation phase of the procurement

This report includes the result of the open market consultation, the prior art analysis, and all other key preparatory activities undertaken in WP1 and WP2, including their impact on the CfT.

Contracts awarding notice published in TED

Based on the evaluation performed in T3.1 the selected Tenderers will be invited to sign a Framework Agreement and a Phase 1 specific contract with the Lead procurer, who is mandated to act on their behalf of the Buyers group. As requested by the EC/official PCP process, a Contract award notice (informing about the selected Tenderers who signed a Framework contract with SPACE4Cities to take part in the PCP's 1st phase) will be published in TED and submitted to the granting authority the latest 48 days after the contracts award.

Prior information notice (PIN) for OMC

Linked to Task 2.1 activities, the PIN for the OMC, will be submitted to the granting authority minimum 5 days before submission for publication to OJEU at the latest before the start of the first open market consultation meeting.

Learnings and recommendations of the PCP process for Phase 0; Pha.1(v2: M21); Pha.2(v3:M30), Pha.3(v4.M40)

This task will review SPACE4Cities’ PCP process in a “lessons learned '' report covering the experiences of the partners and all activated ecosystems of practitioners and stakeholders, throughout the project’s ‘PCP Preparation’ (Phase 0) and ‘Execution’ stages (Phase 1 (v2: M21), Phase 2 (v3:M30) and Phase 3 (v4.M40). Ultimately/Finally this report will translate into recommendations for future PCP initiatives and further development of the PCP as an instrument; and a guidebook for the usage of innovative procurement for procuring digital solutions in the Satellite downstream applications at the service of cities and regions.

CfT and Phase 1 Tenders evaluation and selection report

Final ranking list of best tenders (D3.2). An expected minimum of 18 Tenderers will be presented to the Buyers group for participating in the PCP phase 1. Additional Tenderers may be selected provided they pass the threshold and there is still sufficient PCP Phase 1 budget to fund their Tender.

The completed Call for Tender, annexes and supporting documentation and tools

This deliverable is the outcome of T2.4.The CfT documents are based on the Horizon Europe PCP/PPI model contract documents, incl. the contract notice, invitation to tender, procurement contract. They will be submitted to the OJEU no later than 30 days before its submission, and in advance of the Call for Tenders publication in Task 3.1.

Innovation Catalogue & Report on advice, tools & support provided to Suppliers per PCP phase 1/2/3

solutions’ Innovation Catalogue / Booklet, available freely on-line for results dissemination and maximum impact.The booklet will showcasing the proposed solution prototypes, their unique value propositions and ideal application scenario. The catalogue will be updated in PCP Phases 2 (M25) and 3 (M31).
