Communication, dissemination and exploitation plan (opens in new window)

A communication plan will be developed (inkl KPIs) during the first 6 months from the project start. The plan will be closely monitored throughout the project cycle. A graphic design and a web-design will be completed within 2 months from project start. The official web site will use the project name and the .eu.domain. Communication, dissemination and exploitation activities will acknowledge the EU support and display the European flag and funding statement. Press release planned asap after GA signature. A major achievement to be inserted in the communication strategy is the dissemination of policy recommendations. These recommendations will be targeted policy bodies of particular interest to the various deliverables of the project. In conjunction with consortium meetings held in Brussels year 2 and 3 will be linked to specific events where research results will be presented as specific pointers to specific policy developments. In addition, the Advisory Board attached of the project will throughout the project cycle present, discuss and elaborate policy recommendations in various organisations and events relevant for policy developments.
