Project Quality, Risk & Management Assessment Plan

The project quality plan constitutes a set of project templates and explains the project management, review and internal quality control process, as well as other relevant project management topics (e.g., Open Science practices, IPR, patents, conflict resolution). Risk assessment and roadmap will be supported by an online risk mitigation and monitoring. This deliverable will be updated in M16 and M36.

Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation Plan

Includes dissemination, communication and exploitation details; together with the launch of the project website and social media accounts. This deliverable will be updated in M18 and M36. In the latest update, this deliverable will address key issues that are business acumen based including sustainability plans. It will address the Cluster Community Group involvement and engagement beyond the life of the project, Training/Gamification, IT Toolbox - post:FITTER, business models, running costs, revenue returns, self-sustainability.
