Data Management Plan (1)

Initial Data Management Plan

The initial data management plan will be delivered in month 6 and updated in month 24 and 48The project recognizes the value of regulating research data management issues. Accordingly, and in line with the rules laid down in the Model Grant, the beneficiaries will, to the extent possible and in consideration of intellectual property rights, deposit all digital research data generated in a clear and transparent manner.The document outlines from the start of the project the main aspects of the lifecycle of research outputs, notably including data. This includes their provenance, organisation, and curation, as well as adequate provisions for their access, preservation, sharing, and eventual deletion, both during and after a project.This deliverable is linked to task 1.1

Initial communication and dissemination plan

Formulation of a Dissemination Plan as a strategic document establishing individual partner responsibilities, timelines and guidelines. Dissemination target groups will be identified and matched with the most appropriate channels and key messages will be formulated. A Visual Identity will be created to convey a familiar and consistent image of the project.This deliverable is linked to task 7.1

Dissemination materials

Based on the project’s visual identity, GEO, in consultation with partners, will design and produce the dissemination materials. These will include project brochures and leaflets, posters, a promotional video, periodic newsletters. The materials will be updated whenever necessary.This deliverable is linked to task 7.2
