Deliverables
Report on the first basic version of the project website.T4.1 PDEC
MEL Report M12 (opens in new window)The ToC will provide a clear roadmap for monitoring and evaluating B-TRUST's progress towards achieving desired outcomes and impacts. T1.2 will align the ToC with the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) framework (D1.2). The MEL framework will outline the project's KPIs and integrate additional indicators inspired by the ToC. The framework will also identify data sources and data collection tools and protocols for the project.T1.2 Reporting via MEL framework
MEL Report M22 (opens in new window)The ToC will provide a clear roadmap for monitoring and evaluating B-TRUST's progress towards achieving desired outcomes and impacts.
C&D mid-term report (opens in new window)Mid-term report on the communication & dissemination activities.T4.4 Implementation of PDEC 1/2
Theory of Change (opens in new window)The ToC will illustrate pathways to impact and will discuss the main assumptions at the basis of the intervention strategy, highlight risks and enabling factors. The ToC will be presented in both visual and narrative formats. The ToC will also be a dialogue tool, affecting the project’s deployment by: (i) creating common knowledge by conducting desk research to focus outcomes and impacts; (ii) defining the common intervention logic by conducting interviews and workshops with the B-TRUST partners; (iii) developing the ToC; and (iv) updating and finetuning the ToC throughout the project.T1.1 Design and continuous updating of ToC
Outline of co-creation trajectories (opens in new window)With the regional clusters, the co-creation methodology will be tailored to the national/regional context, and it will be determined which Biotech Co-Creation Case will be deployed in each of the involved regions. As explained in section 1.2, a design thinking methodology will be implemented in these regional co-creation trajectories, which will consist of co-creation sessions involving consumers with different backgrounds, ages and levels of knowledge and expertise on the topics, and the other 4H actors in subsequent co-creation sessions and exchanges. The iterative nature of this methodology is considered when developing these trajectories.T2.1 Set up and clustering of co-creation trajectories
