This deliverable, which is developed by Oikoplus in the first six months of the project and in a series of internal workshops involving the entire consortium, forms the basis for all activities in the areas of communication, dissemination and exploitation. It defines target groups, relevant stakeholders, key messages and the relevant channels for project communication and sets measurable targets (KPIs) for the individual measures. As a useful guideline for project communication, it supports all partners in the external presentation of the project. It ensures a uniform project appearance to the outside world and defines the strategic direction decisions in the positioning of the project.

Stakeholder engagement strategy. A text document that contains a mapping of relevant stakeholders, their influences on the project and topics and a strategy on how to bring all stakeholders together to fulfill and contribute to the main objectives of the project.
Descriptive report of use case areas

Report integrates EU biodiversity-related targets, existing financial mechanisms in favor of biodiversity conservation and/or restoration studied in the Use Case, the Use Case area location and its agro-environmental description, and finally a list of observable spatio-temporal indicators.
Policy and financial framework for biodiversity protection investments

The report presents a detailed overview of existing biodiversity regulations and EU policy goals, identifying inconsistencies and shortcomings. It will include the analysis of biodiversity related EU regulations on the six UC countries, considering national and regional contexts to better define needs and possible improvements. The deliverable will specify legal and financial conditions necessary for biodiversity protection investments.
