Deliverables
CBA will be enhanced with an investment strategy based on funding schemes. It includes a mapping of financing mechanisms at regional, national, and European level, as well as mechanisms for attracting private investment.

Analysis of indicators and the resulting KPIs with expected range and suggested target values (opens in new window)Results from analysis of the metrics provided by T4.2 and T4.3, and conclusion with the set of validated KPIs to assess impacts on EU policies.To validate the selection of KPIs and target values, the correlation between the KPI-values and achievement of objectives in EU Policies will be analysed using a published methodology based on Principal Components Analysis (PCA). PCA can handle co-linearities and will allow use of different metric types as KPIs in the assessment.
