Links to deliverables and publications from FP7 projects, as well as links to some specific result types such as dataset and software, are dynamically retrieved from OpenAIRE .
Deliverables
Reaching out will be a key part of the new work package, through targetted presentations and presence at scientific and community events in the HopOn/WIDERA regions and through a network of local ambassadors tasked with identifying and subsequently engaging with relevant stakeholder audiences. We already have engaged a number of such ambassadors in various countries in the WIDERA area in prior NGI Zero programmes, and will add additional ones within NGI Zero Commons Fund.This goal of this deliverable will be a document listing all the community events at which projects and the programme have been promoted.

Communication report (opens in new window)In addition to the D1.2, three Communication reports at M14 (D1.8), M28 (D1.9), and M42 (D1.12) will summarize the communication activities and dissemination efforts carried along the project lifecycle. This includes collateral, website, social media, community newsletters, podcasts, tutorials, press and marketing campaigns, scientific and industry conferences and events. Several metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be provided to measure the NGI0 Commons Fund communication outcomes.It includes a detailed plan of actions to be launched to create awareness about NGI0 Commons Fund and create an interest from external stakeholders. Each target group (developers, media, tech intermediates, policy makers, investors, etc) will be addressed specifically.

Communication plan (opens in new window)This report describes the communication and dissemination actions to be carried out during the NGI0 Commons Fund project. It includes the collaborative infrastructure set up to support WP1 activities to build an ecosystem around project beneficiaries, and initial collateral available at M5. An outlook for next months (M6-M42) brings the activities planned to turn Internet prototypes into software and services that are ready for business users.

A structured approach to writing attractive project applications, open call topics, and successful beneficiaries examples will follow. Automatic delivery of new episodes to desktop and mobile devices (Android, iPhone/iPad) may also use RSS Feed and popular audio streaming services such as Spotify, when relevant.
