Deliverables

Initial assessment of policy barriers and gaps across FARMWISE territories (opens in new window)

Deliverable D1.3 provides an initial assessment of barriers and gaps in FARMWISE territorial policies across multiple locations. Using comparative analysis, the report highlights common challenges and specific regional issues. Engaging in multistakeholder co-creation, it develops a nuanced understanding of the current policy landscape. The analysis sets the groundwork for D1.4, which will present concrete policy recommendations, thereby serving as a critical step in the policymaking process. Related to the Task 1.4

Review of used databases and design of FARMWISE database (Phase 1) (opens in new window)

A critical review of existing databases relevant to the project's scope followed by the architectural design of the FARMWISE database, focusing on interoperability, scalability, and data integrity. Related to T2.1This deliverable will feed the initial AI model, but the data will be delivered to AI training by M36.

Project’s set of excellence indicators and the measuring tool (opens in new window)

Scheduled for month 4, this deliverable introduces a bespoke set of excellence indicators and an associated measuring tool to evaluate the project's performance in a quantifiable manner. The document will define the metrics that are critical for assessing the project’s scientific quality, impact, and alignment with its stated objectives. The measuring tool will offer a structured methodology for collecting and analysing data related to these indicators throughout the project's duration. Related to T7.3.

Train-the-Trainers program for facilitation and for stakeholders in each territory. (opens in new window)

Train-the-trainers (T-t-T) program for facilitation and for stakeholders in each territory. A structured capacity-building program aimed at training facilitators and stakeholders in each territory. The program will focus on imparting skills for effective implementation and monitoring of project interventions. Related to the Task 1.5This task set up the T-t-T material for the entire programme therefore needs to be delivered at the beginning of the task duration.

FARMWISE videos and dissemination material (opens in new window)

This deliverable comprises the creation of multimedia content—specifically videos—that encapsulates key aspects of the project. The objective is to produce visually engaging materials that can simplify complex scientific findings or methodologies for a broader audience. Scheduled for month 12, these videos will be accompanied by other dissemination materials such as brochures or infographics, which will be distributed through various channels, including the project website and social media platforms. Related to T6.2.

Project website and social media account (opens in new window)

Scheduled for month 4, this deliverable involves the development and deployment of a comprehensive project website along with affiliated social media accounts. The purpose is to create a public-facing online platform to present project overviews, updates, findings, and related materials in an accessible manner. This deliverable will include design wireframes, content layout, and a strategic plan for social media engagement to ensure that the project reaches a diverse and broad audience. Related to T6.1.

Data Management Plan (Initial) (opens in new window)

Scheduled for submission by month 6, this initial Data Management Plan (DMP) serves as a foundational framework that outlines how data generated and collected during the project will be managed, stored, and made accessible. The document will delineate specifics such as types of data to be collected, formats, data sharing policies, ethical considerations, and plans for data preservation post-project. This initial plan will guide data management activities in the early phases of the project and will be subject to modification as the project progresses. Related to T7.1, T7.2.
