Deliverables
Plan for dissemination and communication activities to be carried out in the project. D6.1 will include the first results of Task 6.1. The document will establish ONE-EARTH identity and promotional materials, specify dissemination channels, granulate target groups, identify key events and set evaluation criteria (KPI) for dissemination and communication actions.

Preliminary exploitation plan, first version (opens in new window)Preliminary report on the strategy to exploit results along the duration of the project, including IPR management. D6.4 will include the results of Task 6.2 and Task 6.4. D6.4 will shed light on the key terms pertaining to the management and protection of intellectual property and will lay down the main components of the relevant methodology to be applied throughout the project. A preliminary description of the project results, along with initial identification of the contributing partners, protection types and access rights will be provided within the report.
Project Handbook (opens in new window)Establishment of main general operational information and procedures. The document is foreseen as a comprehensive management guide of the project’s consortium containing the latest version of the Gantt chart and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) as well as scheduling of tasks and lead partners, related deliverables and dependencies, as well as the project’s governance structure. The Quality Standards, internal procedures for producing reports and deliverables as well as risks will also be detailed. D1.1 will be a ‘living document’, representing a reference point for the internal management of the project. Therefore, it will be updated when necessary. New versions may be internally released, to ensure alignment and coherence at consortium level. D1.1 will include the results of Task 1.1.
Interim report on requirements on target compounds (opens in new window)Interim report on the state of the art of target final goods to be obtained within the project, and compliance with existing regulations. D4.1 will include preliminary results of Task 4.1.
Definitive establishment of collection, treatment, management and storage of data procedures. D6.8 will include the first results of Task 6.5.D6.8 will include information on:●How the data will be handled (how it will be described, managed and stored) both during and after the end of the project;●What data will be collected, processed and/or generated by the project;●Which methodology and standards will be used;●Whether data will be shared/made open access and;●How data will be protected and preserved (including after the completion of the project).
