Resultado final
A plan for the system architecture of the pilot sites is developed, which is based on the D³Bus system concept. This plan covers the requirement specifications and the user needs. It also covers redundancy planning to ensure stable operation despite component or grid faults.
Standardisation and regulation proposal (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)A proposal for standardisation of MVDC grids is elaborated, which covers typical applications with high power and medium voltage levels as examined in this project. As a basis for this proposal, existing standardisations dealing with LVDC grids are taken into account to ensure the best possible technology compatibility.
Besides those project results that will be protected by intellectual property rights (IPR) there is a second class of results that relates to the benefits (and disadvantages) of the chosen MVDC distribution system. This information will be made available in Open science initiatives, including the European Open Science Cloud. Open science data will be available for at least five years after project conclusion.
