Project design basis

Scenario definition and initial inputs for project work. This will include realistic metocean and geotechnical conditions, as well as technical and other constraints for commercial projects. An initial range of operating conditions for the project innovations will be specified. Deliverable refers to Task 1.2.3.

Project management plan 1 (PMP 1)

Project internal management plan detailing the project schedule, milestone monitoring, quality assurance, forms of communication, and risk monitoring. The plan will include the typical requirements of a management plan such as WBS, Gantt chart with dependencies, deliverables and milestones for each work package. Deliverable refers to Task 7.1.1.

Sustainable anchor concepts

Reporting of the procedures and results of the high-level assessment on the suitability of existing anchor technologies, with focus on technical reliability and industrial feasibility for Task 3.1. The aim is to produce an evaluation matrix to guide the selection of anchor concepts for further development in TAILWIND. Deliverable refers to Task 3.1.

Key performance indicators relevant to floating renewable energy systems

Report detailing the conducted critical review and outlining guidelines for selecting sustainable key performance indicators relevant to floating renewable energy systems. Such indicators will go beyond the typical LCOE metric and also cover other types of KPIs. Deliverable refers to Task 5.1.

KPIs for Floating offshore wind

Define Key Performance indicators and benchmarking state of the art of floating offshore wind systems including innovation performance targets. These defined initial KPIs shall assist the focus of innovation developments of TAILWIND. Deliverable refers to Task 1.3.2

Data management plan 1 (DMP1)

Procedure for managing data collected and generated from the project. Deliverable refers to Task 7.3.
