Resultado final
Coming from T2.1, it will include the project visual identity and related materials, such as the project logo, color palette, preliminary version of the project website and the social media channels and the project brochure. The material will be updated in the project duration to align with the progress of the implementation.
This report (from Task 6.4) compiles the main aspects of the methods and tools developed for stakeholder engagement and social aspects. This includes identification requirements from the RVs, the SEIA assessment and engagement methodology including stakeholder identification and boundary conditions and scope.
Project Handbook v1.0 (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The handbook, result of T1.2, describes all internal communication strategy, reporting (internal and external) procedures and guidelines, quality management, risk management, decision making, change management. It will provide all important channels (repository, contacts list, communication channels) and also available templates, supporting documents and all available information to ensure successful overall management.
Project Handbook v2.0 (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)A 2nd version of the handbook: it describes all internal communication strategy, reporting (internal and external) procedures and guidelines, quality management, risk management, decision making, change management. It will provide all important channels (repository, contacts list, communication channels) and also available templates, supporting documents and all available information to ensure successful overall management.
Project Management Plan v3.0 (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The 3rd updated version of the PMP: an overview of the project implementation plan, it includes a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). It will also include a schedule per task, responsible partner related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks, key milestones, outputs and inputs and critical risks. This will be a guide to develop deliverables, results and outputs according to quality criteria and available resources.
The Implementation Plan (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)Considers the performed system-level conceptual design and the in-depth site analysis performed on the site to provide a comprehensive implementation plan to be operated in the flagship valley. It will take into account the optimal technical solutions, the stakeholder engagement and aim for socio-economic feasibility. This report will be a result of T3.2
Digital twin design requirements and initial architecture (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This deliverable, resulting from T5.1, compiles the initial architecture description of the digital twin, lists its design requirements, and lists the KPIs for the digital twin validation. The deliverable also includes the request list for WP4 in terms of needed measurements.
Updated Dissemination and Communication Plan (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)As the Communication Plan is a living document, it will be update and detailed into D2.4: will identify and detail the target audience and describe all the dissemination and communication activities foreseen in the project. The updated version will ensure that the communication strategy is aligned with the project needs.
KPI List (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The document, resulting from T3.1, will define a list of KPI’s to quantify the objectives of the flagship and serve through the project regarding technical, environmental impact, economic, and social indicators needed. This list will be an essential tool to assess the performance and progress of the flagship along its design, deployment and operation.
Data management plan (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The DMP will provide guidelines and procedures to handle data, data collection, open access etc. It will include detailed description of procedures and process on repository use, FAIR data, data security, ethics, storage, archiving, personal data. It will also name the responsible persons (e.g. DPOs) per Beneficiary that will support data management throughout the project implementation. The DPM will be a result of T1.3 and will be developed with the support of all partners.
Project Management Plan v2.0 (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The 2nd updated version of the PMP: an overview of the project implementation plan, it includes a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). It will also include a schedule per task, responsible partner related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks, key milestones, outputs and inputs and critical risks. This will be a guide to develop deliverables, results and outputs according to quality criteria and available resources.
RVs Baseline Report (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The report (result of T7.1) compiles necessary data representing both the baseline and foreseen interventions of the RVs, which will be used for the RVs Assessment. Such data encompass energy, environmental, governance and legal data. This data will be used as an input for the scope of T7.2-T7.5.
Exploitation Plan (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)Resulting from the implementation of T2.3, the Exploitation Plan will identify all the project KERs and their (joint) ownership, will define proper IPR strategies for the project and relevant actions for all the partners towards exploitation. It will also include business plans, a return-on-investment study, stakeholder involvement.
Project Management Plan v1.0 (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The document, result of T1.1, is an overview of the project implementation plan, it includes a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). It will also include a schedule per task, responsible partner related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks, key milestones, outputs and inputs and critical risks. This will be a guide to develop deliverables, results and outputs according to quality criteria and available resources.
Energy data space for digital twins (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This deliverable, result of T5.2, will develop and implement an ontology to define the digital twins used for the energy valleys. Existing open data models will be reused and extended wherever necessary. The aim is to support interoperability and exchange among collaborators and stakeholders in the energy data space.
Model lifecycle for digital twins (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This deliverable describes the methodology for model generation, calibration and validation for the digital twins. This includes the method for keeping the twin up to date and the method for creating the mirror images of the twin to support the digital twin services. The document is a result of T5.3
Dissemination and Communication Plan (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The Dissemination and Communication Plan from T2.1, will identify and detail the target audience, describe the main dissemination and communication strategy, detail activities and related engagement activities foreseen in the project and determine key performance monitoring indexes.
