Deliverables
This deliverable is the project web page and a “visual identity” package. The report will describe the structure, the content and the intended use of the web page, as well as the logo, colours, fonts, styles and templates to be used by all project partners throughout the project.
This prototype deliverable will be the initial design of the bio-adhesives, set up of an industrial-like bonding process equipment, and first experimental results of the bonding process using bio-adhesives. Quality control for bonding process and/or bonded parts will be described.
Curing process and experimental results (opens in new window)This prototype deliverable will be the initial design of the bio-resin, it will describe adaptations made to curing equipment for the integration of process monitoring, and first experimental results of the curing using bio-resins.
Draping process and experimental results (opens in new window)This prototype deliverable will be the demonstrator for the automatic draping process, including the necessary hardware components, their integration and first experimental results of the draping of natural fibres.
Initial version of bio-based load sensors (opens in new window)The deliverable will be the initial implementation of a load sensor using bio-materials on a (not necessarily bio-based) sample substrate. The deliverable will describe first experimental data and assess signal quality.
Set of coupons and their characterization (opens in new window)This deliverable will be a set of coupons made of bio-composites and material samples of natural fabrics, including their characterization and results of mechanical testing. It will also describe the transfer of the results to material models for simulation.
This report will describe the results of demonstrations done at the level of single processes. It will assess the results in relation to the specifications defined in WP2 and provide a guideline for the following development steps.
The deliverable will include a plan describing the data collected throughout the project, their status and how non-confidential research data will be made available to other researchers in a repository.
This deliverable consists of the data collected for performing the environmental and economic life cycle assessment for the single use cases.
European raw material supplier mapping (opens in new window)This mapping will include several aspects to qualify the suppliers of bio-based raw materials including localization, sourcing, production capacity, R&D capability, financial health.
