Deliverables

Data Management Plan (opens in new window)

A Data Management Plan (DMP) will be issued on month 6 concerning all project management data (e.g., including dissemination related data/contacts). It will be elaborated considering the previous open access rules and research data management and continuously improved and updated.

Ethics social management plan (opens in new window)

A plan to ensure that ethical and social considerations are integrated into all aspects of the VAX4ASF project, except for those covered by the clinical trials.

Initial report on ASFV antigens predicted to induce cross-protective cellular or antibody responses (opens in new window)

The report will include the initial analysis of ASFV antigens predicted.

ASFV genes: Identification of ASFV genes modulating type I IFN production and signalling in stimulated BSRT7 /in HEK-293T cells (opens in new window)

A report containing the ASFV genes identified to be involved in the host immune response, through the control of type I IFN expression. Transient expression of ASFV proteins will be detected using antibodies against the myc tag in transfected BSRT7 and in HEK-293T cells.

Quality assurance guidelines and procedures (opens in new window)

A document containing the quality assurance (QA) guidelines and procedures. A set of QA principles to supervise the technical implementation of the project, ensuring not only efficient and timely implementation of tasks, but also, that high quality standards are met.

Communication and Dissemination Plan I (opens in new window)

A preliminary communication and dissemination plan, which will be continuously updated during the project development. This plan will involve the key organization and target stakeholders and innovative methods will be developed to share information with interested parties.

Project website (opens in new window)

Official website of the project that will be operative by month 5. Development of project website will include design, setup, and continuous updates throughout the project duration. General information of the project, as well as communication and dissemination materials, events, and news related to the project will be posted on the website.
