The deliverable includes defining key messages, identifying suitable communication tools, outreach channels, and timelines. The dissemination framework is structured around project partners, incorporating multi-actors' activities via workshops and place-based settings. It involves populating online platforms with impactful materials and organizing various onsite/digital activities to engage audiences, such as roundtables, workshops, conferences, and exhibitions.D7.1 is a first edition which will be updated towards the end of the project in D7.6 (M34).

The design will be a basis for the D4.2, ""PoliRuralPlus platform Beta""."
The website will be based on the PoliRural Hub, a product of the PoliRural Project. It will not only serve as a presentation platform but also function as a tool for data management and presentation.
The stakeholders to be identified in Deliverable D2.1 of the PoliRuralPlus project include local communities, governments, farmers, SMEs, industry associations, research institutions, NGOs, civil society groups, infrastructure providers, digital technology companies, financial institutions, and tourism sector representatives. These stakeholders play crucial roles in driving and shaping rural-urban linkages and opportunities within the project area.
