Project Management Plan (Second version)

Detailed Project Management Plan with a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure. It will include a schedule per task, responsible partner related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks. This is the second version of the document.

ICT requirements and data management of the pilots

Report on main IT (SW and HW) requirements, control features, systems functionalities, data models and parameters to be monitores (i.e., from SCADAs and edge infrastructure) that must be complied to exchange data with the eLITHE platform and implemented during the demonstration campaigns.

Implementation of identified health & safety requirements

Report on activities specifically designed for Health and Safety approach, addressing issues from the project processes that ensure their strict compliance with all the safety requirements.

Evaluation methodology

Detailed definition of the identified KPIs considering technical, environmental, economic and social aspects. Guidelines to facilitate KPI monitoring and measuring to follow a common evaluation methodology.

RRI First report

This deliverable will report the progress of the implementation of the Responsible Research and Innovation actions in the project. This is the first report.
