Deliverables

Assessment categories and KPIs (opens in new window)

Report on selected assessment categories and respective key performance indicators as well as the appropriate transparent assessment methods to be used in FUTURHIST. Referred to Task 1.6

Conservation compatible passive retrofit solutions (opens in new window)

Report on the results from Task 2.1, identifying existing solutions for envelope retrofit that are compatible with historic buildings. This includes solutions for wall, roof, floor, basement and foundation, windows as well as overall improvement of air tightness

Conservation compatible solutions for HVAC and RES integration in Historic Buildings (opens in new window)

Report on the results from Task 3.1, identifying existing solutions for ventilation, space heating and cooling, and domestic hot water preparation that are compatible with historic buildings. This includes both the equipment used and the installation processes and the operational phase in terms of management strategies and their impact on hygrothermal comfort and energy use

Barrier analysis (opens in new window)

Report on the identification of barriers in task 1.1: it includes results from the separate surveys for the three stakeholder groups - practitioners, building owners and public authorities - as well as from the in-depth surveys with practitioners with focus on methodologies and tools

1st CDE report (opens in new window)

Summary of the communication, dissemination and exploitation activities actually implemented and announcement of upcoming events organised by the project consortium. This refers to - Task 7.2 (in particular T7.2.3 [social media account creation and management], T7.2.4 [e-newsletters], T7.2.5 [video-logs]), - Task 7.3 (in particular T7.3.1 [participation in external events], T7.3.2 [workshops and webinars], T7.3.4 [publications], T7.3.5 [Advisory Board]) and - Task 7.4 (in particular T7.4.1 [Knowledge HUB] and T7.4.2 [capacity building programme])

Current practice of renovation (opens in new window)

Summary report on task1.5, studying as a continuation of Task 1.2 how historic buildings are currently retrofitted and quantify their performance (energy & comfort) as well as construction (waste generated) and operation phase (cost effectiveness and maintenance).

Policy framework (opens in new window)

Report with the conclusions from Task 1.3 on the policy framework: Policies (on local, regional, national, European scale) on (i) how European directives are applied, (ii) how buildings are protected in legisation and in practice, (iii) how is enegy efficiency policy implemented and (iv) how is this linked to other dimensions of sustainability, for the locations of the demo cases and beyond are analysed & compared.

Building typology (opens in new window)

Report describing the building typologies of the case studies used as demonstrators in WP5 and replication in WP6. It is based on the study of the local building stock, literature review and field studies from Task 1.2 and includes quantification of their current performance on energy performance, IAQ and comfort conditions

Guidelines for RES integration (opens in new window)

Results of Task 3.1 translated into guidelines for RES integration targetting architects and other planning actors.

Selection of tools (opens in new window)

Assessment of the tools and guidelines selected in the step-by-step-workshops in Task 1.4, which identify from the both researcher- and practioner-driven tools and guidelines on energy retrofit in historic buildings over the last years the most appropriate ones to be elaborated, in case simplied and/or generalised to make them useful for practitioners

Website & Visual Identity (opens in new window)

Official website of the project in English, collecting all relevant information about and material produced throughout the project for a free consultation and download (a.o. e-Newsletter in e-ZINE format, links to social media, the 2 promotional vedeos in M24 and M42, as well as the 3-monthly video log from M6 onwards, announcements of workshops, webinars, open days and the summer school, and of course all public deliverables). Regular updates of contents and usability (Task 7.2.2)Visual Identity will be shared within the Consortium and will include the project logo, templates for PPT presentations and deliverables, headed paper, cards for social media and the layout of the reports (Task 7.2.1)
