Deliverables
[T1.4] This deliverable will provide the plan for presenting all data types that the project intends to collate, and will esnure necessary approvals needed from national data protection authorities.
Data Management Plan - rev.1 (opens in new window)[T1.4] The first revision of the Data Management Plan, providing updates on data types and approvals needed, as project progresses.
[T8.1, T8.2] This deliverable will include the dissemination plan. More specifically, a series of dissemination and communication activities will be enclosed for the consortium to materialise.
Performance assessment framework and KPIs (opens in new window)[T4.1] This deliverable will present the framework for assessing the performance of the power-barge solution alternatives, as well as the optimisation of the promoted solution. In this sense, it will include an analysis on the KPIs to be used in the framework.
BlueBARGE use cases, technical specifications and requirements (opens in new window)[T2.1, T2.2] This deliverable will include definition and detail description of the use cases for the power-barge, as well as the process for their realisation. Consequent specifications, mainly for power demand, but also with respect to waiting hours and infrastructure will be included as well. Finally, the deliverable will highlight the technical, operational and safety requirements identified within the context of T2.2 from the systems engineering approach.
Project Quality and Risk Management (opens in new window)[T1.3] This deliverable will provide the detailed procedures that will be utilised by the Consortium for assuring the conformity and the quality of all project deliverables with the respective requirements, allowing the realisation of internal assessment of the project on a 6-month basis. In addition, it will cover the procedures for risk assessment, where risks will be constantly assessed and evaluated within the whole project duration
