Livrables
Report which outline the Key Exploitable Results (KERs) for BIPED and details their audience, market, approach and additional details to ensure continuation of results post-project. A plan of action covering the rest of the project will ensure all partners understand their role in continued sustainability activities.
Evaluation Action Plan and Reports (update 1) (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)This iteration will comprise of the initial report on the impact of the project on the city, year 1 report on KPI progress and the next steps prior to the beginning of the M&E phase and Task 4.2.
BIPED Training Programme (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)A collection of training resources (online documents and articles, explainer videos, case studies, co-creation tools etc. made available on the project website) to help cities educate PED stakeholders via a community-centered training program that addresses different needs of different stakeholders. Training combines theory, technical knowledge, practical insights and sessions with integrated opportunities to apply knowledge and putting theory into practice. Inputs of evaluation and adaptation to different cultures, situations and levels of knowledge and maturity.
Stakeholders Forum (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)The establishment of a stakeholder/end-user forum is crucial to ensure the quality of the solution and its future acceptance and uptake by other cities and users. This forum will consist of a community which will be invited to actively participate in different activities of WP4, thus contributing actively to the development and definition of the project solution.
Impact Realisation Roadmap (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)The document weaves together communication, dissemination and exploitation (CDE) activities into one comprehensive strategy. It will introduce BIPED's brand identity and will explain who needs to do what at different CDE stages to make BIPED an authority on PEDs and to ensure its results are known, used and replicated across Europe.
Project Vision (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)A description/vision of the impact BIPED has at the end of the project, including who is using the tool and why. The aim is to clarify purpose, eliminate any confusion in the team, and inspire everyone to work towards a common goal. The vision and a shorter 'north star' will be drafted after a workshop with all partners at the kick-off meeting. These will be revisited and updated (if necessary) after review in M21.
Evaluation Action Plan and Reports (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)Roadmap of the evaluation process defining methodologies and tools, and an update of the analysis, monitoring and evaluation of all Project KPIs. This will lay out the roadmap, which will be reported upon in later iterations of this deliverable.
A platform to share project findings, deliverables, events, pilot results, training materials, news etc. The website will be regularly updated with new blog posts and content to attract our target audience. Traffic will be monitored using GDPR compliant tools like Matomo, which enables BIPED allows to enact a privacy policy whilst ensuring all visitors to the website are counted.
First release of the digital twin implementing an urban data platform for real-time data management and a 3D city model as full first version. This version includes initial mobility and mobility environmental impact models as well as energy models.
