First release of the high-level requirements repository, then continuously updated throughout the project. It will be available to the consortium online.

Dissemination Plan to describe the planned activities with respect to publications and events during the project.

Document describing the vision of the SDV ecosystem program.

Strategic Roadmap - First Version

First version of the Roadmap recommending how the vision of the SDV Ecosystem program can be achieved in a combination with publicly funded cooperative projects in close cooperation with industrial initiatives for an SDV Ecosystem. The roadmap should preferably also contain indications to the extent that this information can be disclosed by the OEMs, when results will be integrated into the OEMs’s products.

First Dissemination and Communication Activities report

First Dissemination report, incl. impact and outcomes of SDV Ecosystem Forum, report on SDV conferences, surveys and workshops.

Glossary (incl. layer structure)

Definition of common terms as well as a layer structure for the categorization of the modular building blocks.

Stakeholder engagement strategy

Stakeholder engagement strategy incl. concept for Open SDV Ecosystem Forum.

First Year data management report

First year Report on Data Management activities and results, which include quality assurance and consistency checks of reports.

First Technology Forecast Report

Technology Forecast Report including the first release of an SDV glossary, then continuously updated throughout the project. It will be available to the consortium online.

Data management plan

Data Management Plan to address all data-related aspects in the project and the handling of these according to the FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable) principles.

Initial Recommendations for building block realization

Initial recommendations updated once a year aligned with the planning processes of the related funding programs, which modular building blocks shall be developed / updated in which planned new calls in relevant EC funding programs. If required advice can be given on which industry SDV initiative shall be involved. This Delivery will be updated annually based on the schedule of the different programs.

First Prioritized backlog report

First Prioritized backlog of modular SDV Ecosystem building blocks.

First Orchestrated backlog report

First version of a Backlog of modular building blocks assigned to R&D projects of the SDV program. Optionally, this report proposes adoption by a specific SDV-SW initiative (e.g. Autosar, Eclipse, ...).
