Deliverables
Report on comprehensive eco-design framework employing the safe and sustainable by design (SSbD) principles to reduce negative impacts to human health and the environment following a life-cycle thinking. The guidelines will integrate features of safety (based on thresholds for both human and environmental impacts) and circularity with sustainability aiming to reduce their environmental footprint during their entire life cycle (materials, production, use and end-of-life).Refers to task 7.1.
Report on the end-of-life management (opens in new window)The report will introduce a proactive management approach for the end-of-life phase of the project’s solutions and products involve a comprehensive exploration to pinpoint potential safety, environmental, social, and economic benefits, impacts, and concerns considering different recovering, recycling, refurbishing or reusing strategies of SAFELOOP raw materials, components, cells, and batteries.Refers to Task 7.2.
Dissemination and communication plan (opens in new window)In the dissemination and communication and dissemination plan SAFELOOP’s strategy will be set out to maximise the impact of the project, to increase its visibility, and to ensure that project outputs reach a wide audience of relevant stakeholders.Refers to Task 8.1.
Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) (opens in new window)Description: QAP defines a consistent set of working and internal communication procedures, processes, and best practice guidelines, in order to ensure the highest quality standards of the project outcomes. In particular, the QAP defines the following aspects: (i) The project structure in terms of different roles and responsible people; (ii) Work processes (delivery of project reports, approval of milestones, etc); (iii) Administrative processes (reporting of person-months, costs, etc); (iv) Internal communication practices and tools; (v) Project tools (project website, project intranet procedures, etc); (vi) Templates. Refers to Task 1.2.
Secure material supply and green life cycle (opens in new window)Report on assessment of the environmental and social impacts induced by SAFELOOP solutions following a life-cycle perspective in the context of the SSbD framework.Refers to Task 7.3.
DMP is a document describing how SAFELOOP will manage data throughout the project life cycle. DMP describes the technical and administrative management of data. DMP ensures and maximizes the openness, findability, exploitation, and good management of all data generated and handled in the project. Refers to Task 1.3.
