Preliminary design studies on timber reuse and innovative prefabricated circular renovation elements

Technical report on the activities carried out in T3.3 and T3.4. The design of an one stop shop solution for building renovation in any climate zone integrating: insulation, windows, airtightness, MVHR & HP and easy to be installed. The report encompasses the development of a concept for building services, alongside defining the offset time required for achieving zero emissions. Sustainability, user-centric, social, and economic aspects are meticulously considered throughout the design development process. The report also assesses the dismantling and reuse potential of the design solutions, proposing a circularity index to measure achievements

SIRCULAR platform

Definition of the architecture of the SIRCULAR platform developed in T2.1,SIRCULAR platform architecture will be defined by creating a comprehensive plan that outlines the structure, components, interactions, and design of the overall platform and of all the single modules. This report, developed in T1.4, provides a focused analysis of SIRCULAR construction materials and technologies. It offers practical recommendations and collaborative insights to inform stakeholders and guide the implementation of SIRCULAR materials for healthier indoor spaces.Target audience: Technical specialists, researchers and academics, project stakeholders, industry professionals, policy makers

Process and Methodology Toolset

Comprehensive report, developed in T3.5, regarding the involvement of construction stakeholders and the usage of the tools. This toolset is aiming to simplify the process between design phase and construction phase by bridging the existing gap. The implementation design plus the implementation guidelines is a mandatory step which the design team will provide and through this toolset the constructor will be able to understand and execute.Target audience: technical specialists, researchers and academics, project stakeholders, industry professionals, policy makers
