The deliverable will contain a detailed Project Management Plan with a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). It refers to Task 1.1It will include a schedule per task, responsible partner related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks. At least 1 revision will be done in the course of the project (one just before the end of the first reporting period and one just before the end of the second reporting period).
Plan for the dissemination, exploitation and communication activities (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The deliverable contains the initial Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation Plan (DCEP) describing activities that will explain and encourage visibility and recognition of URGENT results and activities among stakeholders. The plan will represent a strategic document summarising DCE goals, target audience, key messages, communication channels, routes for overcoming barriers, pathways for Key Exploitable Results (KER) exploitation, and schedule of activities from M6 to M21. DCEP will undergo an annual reviewed-revised cycle, based on achievements and impact monitoring, ensuring the cost-effectiveness of activities. This deliverable refers to T7.1.

The report will provide information related to the local geology and to previous exploration campaigns or existing well data at the different test sites. The exploration objectives using the new technologies developed in URGENT will be summarized, they will include among others the target depth and the type of features to be imaged. The main expected challenges will be described and the survey location specificities will be detailed. The deliverable refers to T2.1.
Risk management plan (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The deliverable will describe the risk management plan of the project, explaining how the risks of the project will be handled, estimating their expected impact and drafting out relevant mitigation measures. It refers to Task 1.3.
The deliverable will contain the data management plan (DMP). The DMP will describe how the data will be managed in a secure, reproducible, auditable and compliant manner following the FAIR principles. The DMP will also address and guarantee open access to research data and explain how to deal with it. The deliverable refers to Task 1.2.
