Comprehensive Data Integration and Harmonization Approach for Interoperable Data Sharing: The deliverable will focus on creating an interoperable data management system, exploiting standardized data gates and other approaches in order to ensure seamless access across diverse actors and platforms. It will also include integrating linked data within a digital logbook, along with preprocessing actions, thus maintaining data quality for informed decision-making in building management.

KPIs and Impact Evaluation Methodology: The deliverable will include the development of the methodology for the evaluation of the DATAWiSE solution. This methodology will incorporate, among others, the definition of performance indicators and quality criteria (based on lifecycle approach, ICT tools and user perspective-obtaining from workshops with stakeholders), in order to ensure DATAWiSE solution’s sustained improvement.

Data Quality and Privacy Assessment Framework: This report will provide for a framework aiming to ensure the quality of data to be used for the objectives of DATAWiSE by considering, also, the applicable privacy regulations in EU.

Standards and Protocols Mapping: The deliverable will include the development of a Data Hub integrating the mapping of diverse data sources, standards and protocols, leveraging specific communication drivers in order to ensure interoperability. The Hub will also integrate data from the buildings’ systems, the buildings’ intelligence tools as well as from energy audits, in order to enable thorough data management, monitoring and control.

Technical Management Plan: This deliverable will describe the technical management plan, e.g. management of the software development process, alignment between technical partners and pilots and definition of common technical tools that will be used fron the technical partners.

Protocol for Data Collection and Methods: These deliverables will report on the two releases of the suite of different data collection methods to enable the integration of heterogeneous ICT components at building level as part of the results of Tasks 6.1/Task 7.1.

IDSA-based data space: This deliverable thoroughly studies the IDSA reference architecture, aligning it with project goals for data sovereignty. It includes a set of requirements and the architectural specification of a well-designed data space.

Use Case Scenarios Report (opens in new window)

Use Case Scenarios Report: based on user requirements and the definition of the services’ implementation completed in T3.2, this deliverable will detail the use case scenarios, analyzing the role of users, their interaction with DATAWiSE services, and the interpretation in terms of expected functional and non-functional user requirements - a complete set of use case scenarios that will be supported by the DATAWiSE solutions which will constitute a baseline for the definition of the pilot case scenarios.

Electrical and Thermal Flexibility Module: This deliverable will provide a description of the characterization of electrical and thermal flexibility assets in the buildings and the dynamic pricing mechanisms for implicit user response. It will also include a set of scheduling and energy use strategies for the optimization of the day-ahead consumption profile.

Circular renovation tool: This deliverable will describe the respective tool, which will be used to integrate lifecycle information into BIM objects. The BIM model will be updated during the project with relevant information

Predictive Maintenance tool: These deliverables will report on the two releases the predictive maintenance tool, which offers predictive AI algorithms for maintenance decision support in the DATAWiSE context, as a result of tasks T.10.3 and T.11.3

Generation, Demand Forecasting, and Optimization Algorithm v2: This deliverable will provide a description of the characterization process for both generation and demand of the buildings, the design of forecasting models, and the established methodology for their evaluation. It will also include the definition of the implemented strategies for harnessing electrical and thermal flexibility. Additionally, it will provide documentation for the REST API, which will be implemented in the subsequent task, 9.3.

BIM-Integrated Digital Twin Module (opens in new window)

BIM-Integrated Digital Twin Module: It's a XML based framework developed according international Open BIM standards in order to achieve a multimodal module which will allow any kind of geometric or non-geometric, structured, semi-structured or unstructured raw data integration from multiple sources, capturing and specifying processes and information flows during the lifecycle of a facility on machine readable data templates for its management on the final Data-Driven Toolkit.
