Explore Inclusive spaces design solutions in connection with the certification requirements and pilots’ needs. Including spaces and building solutions, along with business models and decision tools that optimize multi-usage and space as service-oriented solutions (rel. to T1.3)
D3.1 Climate-Friendly Assistive Technologies (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)The first version of the Climate-friendly Assistive Technologies developed in WP3 focusing on their requirements, specifications and conceptualization. These technologies will cover a broad range of indoor and outdoor activities, enabling independent door-to-door trips and aiming to remove barriers for disabled people even if they seek to perform complex activities (rel. to T3.1-T3.5)
D1.2 Co-design of solutions for improved accessibility (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)Co-design of solutions through co-creation activities with people with special needs for improved accessibility and inclusiveness of the built environment (results from Communities of Practice at pilot locations). Topics such as accessibility, inclusiveness, comfort, wellbeing, social cohesion and climate change considerations will be covered (rel. to T1.2)
D2.1 Planning & Design Tools (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)The first version of the Planning and Design tools developed in WP2 focusing on their requirements, specifications and conceptualization. The planning and design tools include: 1) a Universal Design Approach for the Built Environment, including Mobility Hubs, 2) travel data collection from impaired people and evaluation of accessibility, 3) a Comfort-based Accessibility tool, 4) an Accessibility Routing Tool for visually impaired and mobility impaired people, and 5) a digitalized Accessibility Design Evaluation tool (rel. to T2.1-T2.5)
D6.2 Communication & Dissemination Strategy and Plan (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)Development of communication and dissemination plan of InclusiveSpaces. The plan will incorporate specific messages for targeted audiences, through appropriate channels (related to T6.1)
D1.1 KPI development and Review of current deployment of UDM & different practices (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)Review of current regulation and other initiatives regarding the current deployment of the UDM (Universal Design Manual). Comparative analysis of different practices in the countries of the demonstration sites regarding the InclusiveSpaces ambition. Development of the KPIs of the project (rel. to T1.1)
D1.4 Definition of Future Scenarios (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)Define future scenarios and implications for improved accessibility and inclusiveness of the built environment. Indications as to how the different built environments addressed in the project (buildings, infrastructure, multimodal hubs and public spaces) could evolve, taking into consideration various trends such as smart buildings, interconnected, intelligent and sustainable transport infrastructure, as well as long-term EU and global sustainability goals (e.g., European Green Deal, UN SDGs) (rel. to T1.4)
Development of communication kit including a website, a roll-up banner, a flagship flyer, a project brochure and logo, a project concept graphic, an introductory video and including the project’s scope. It is part of effective communication tools and materials that will be produced, accompanied by high-impact communication activities (related to T6.1)
