"#3. Communication, Dissemination & Exploitation Plan" (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

Actions related to the project's communication, dissemination & exploration plan include one-way exchange activities (e.g. dissemination of publications, videos, datasets, guidelines and reports) and two-way exchanges (e.g. interactions on social networks, social engagement, and the co-creation process). Some of the main communication and dissemination channels for the project are: deliveries and reports; engagement on social media; use of open source applications and ensuring free access to project results for all interested parties; continuity of the project proposal; involvement in working groups at the host institution and external to the host institution; presentations of scientific articles at scientific events and masterclasses at universities; production of educational videos and promotional material; hosting the results and products of long-term projects at the host institution; search for subsequent financing resources to support new stages of development of the project's key idea.We hope to reach audiences not only in the country of the host institution but also among European residents and communities outside of Europe. We hope to impact both academic and non-academic audiences; therefore, the language used to publicize the project and its results will be multidirectional.

"#1. Data Management Plan" (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

The project will have an anthropological approach based on qualitative and quantitative analyzes and a multi-ethnographic methodology for collecting data on Antarctica's intangible heritage. Data collection will not aim to record all manifestations of Antarctica's Living Heritage, but rather to produce a sample that allows the development of a method to map it. Data will be collected through participant observation in the field, interviews with residents and former residents of Antarctica, of multiple nationalities, and surveys in digital databases. Information and statements from third parties will be provided with informed consent. Sensitive data (e.g., names, religions, etc.) will be hidden in their use and reproduction. Both new data and results originating from the project proposal, as well as reproduced third-party data, will receive licenses, authorship information, and all other mechanisms to guarantee fairness and traceability of origin. To increase the dissemination of project data and results, we will use Open Source applications and seek dissemination to academic and non-academic audiences, through various paths (e.g. open-access journals, media, scientific events). The host institution will guarantee the correct storage and protection of digital data generated by the project, as well as the hosting of the database and project results for the long term.
