Data Management Plan (opens in new window)

A data management plan (DMP) will be submitted within 6 months of the start of the project using the DMP Opidor tool (https://dmp.opidor.fr/), managed by the host institute. This DMP will be regularly reviewed in the project’s biweekly meetings, ensuring consistent updates and improvements. Raw data management, dissemination, and sharing strategies will follow the host institute’s guidelines (https://datapartage.inrae.fr/Gerer/Rediger-un-plan-de-gestion). To respect the FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Re-usable) principles, the research data will be deposited in a repository within the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC), promoting open access. Specifically, proteomics raw data will be stored in the PriDE database. Confocal or electron microscopy images will be saved on external drives and shared via institutional tools like FileSender from Renater. As substantial data accumulates, the research output will be disseminated to the scientific community through open-access platforms such as pre-prints.
