The report will provide guidelines for associated regions applying for third party funding through the open call. These guidelines will detail the following aspects of third-party funding:•Clear description of objectives and expected results from providing the financial support to third parties•Fixed and exhaustive list of the different types of activities for which a party may receive financial support•Definition of receipts of financial support to third parties•Form and maximum amount of financial support for each third party•Criteria for calculating the exact amount of the financial support•Procedure and criteria for giving the financial support•Call conditions to ensure that contractual obligations under Articles 12, 13, 14, 17.2, 18 and 20 also apply to third parties receiving financial support.
