Establish the BCI through factor analysis, benchmarking, and end-user feedback, culminating in a guidebook and decision support system with a user-friendly GUI and API for the BASE platform.Indicators of Success: A functional circularity calculator with a validated BCI, a published guidebook, and a decision support system that OEMs can use to evaluate and enhance the profitability of closed-loop systems.
