A Data Management Plan (DMP) that provides OA to research data, when possible (“as open as possible, as closed as necessary”), will be developed (by the Project Management Comitee -PMC- in collaboration with the General Assembly -GA-). Linked to Task 8.4

LLs governance framework and 3 ToT online sessions

A scalable and measurable evaluation framework for the LLs which allows a common language and clear picture of the status of maturity of the different LLs. 3 Train of the Trainers online session will be organised by CSCP to increase their skills. Linked to Task 1.2

Stakeholder mapping and baseline analysis of local ecosystems

Stakeholder mapping based on the existing work and network of the partners, and a baseline analysis of local ecosystems for the purpose of having a good foundation and properly contextualising / localising the exchanges within the LLs. Linked to task 1.1

LLs Implementation Design & Site Selection Report

This report will detail the design of LLs experiments and the selection of suitable sites for implementation. It will cover the criteria and processes used for site assessment, the rationale behind the chosen locations, and the design of experiments tailored to each LL. The report will be produced in three iterations, reflecting the ongoing evaluation and refinement process. Each iteration will document the design and site selection progress, addressing variables like microclimate, local flora and fauna, and community practices, and providing updates on the mitigation strategies for identified risks. This deliverable makes reference to the first iteration in M8. Linked to Task 2.3

Determination and parametrization of success factors for LLs

Determination and parametrization of success factors for LLs include in the engagement plan. Linked to Task 1.2

Catalogue of soil health indicators

Propose a set of indicators that can effectively monitor soil health at the LLs experimental sites. Linked to Task 3.1.1

Monitoring and Validation Report with LL documented solutions report.

This comprehensive report will document the continuous monitoring, validation, and iterative refinement processes of LLs experiments. It will include detailed findings from the monitoring mechanisms implemented, the performance evaluations of each experiment, and the resulting adjustments made. The report will also compile documented solutions developed and tested within LLs, providing a synthesis of the interventions' impacts and effectiveness. The report will be crucial for ensuring transparency, sharing insights with broader audiences, and supporting the creation of a unified EU Soil Monitoring Framework as mentioned in WP2 activities. (M16) Linked to Task 2.6

LL Operational Structure Document

A document to show LLs operational structure, including the establishment of a dedicated LLs office to oversee and coordinate activities. Linked to Task 2.1

Web Application and dataset architecture

The collection of data indicators of Task 3.1 and subsequent analysis (Task 3.3) will require the development of fully comparable datasets to feed data science approaches and avoid issues linked to data sources. To facilitate this, a Web Application will be developed with a visual display tool of the data to provide information at-a-glance (dashboards). Linked to Task 3.2.1
