Guidelines for technical, social, legal, regulatory and policy barriers to small-scale fisheries decarbonisation (live report). First delivery at M15, and updated version at M19.This report will present an evaluation of the regulatory landscape and potential future regulations related to emissions and environmental standards. Fuel cell vessels may offer a competitive advantage in meeting increasingly stringent regulatory requirements compared to diesel vessels.
