Dissemination, exploitation and communication plan, outlining the management of research data, scientific publications, conference attendance and conference abstract submissions. The plan will also outline fair and responsible data management and open science, including dissemination through open-access scientific publications, in relevant working groups (e.g. OSPAR, ICES) and international conferences. The DEC will be a living document, updated throughout the project.
