Deliverables

Data Management Plan (opens in new window)

D2.1. Data Management Plan delivered by FCSE at M6 and regularly updated at mid of the project and at the end of the project.

Report of training, STSEs, and summer school activities in period 1. (opens in new window)

D4.1: Report of training, STSEs, and summer school activities in period 1 will be delivered by JSI at M12. It will include the results from the training/workshop activities in year 1, as well as the STSEs and the summer school realized in the first year. The report will contain information about the actual topics covered, the organization assessment, the number of participants and the lessons learned.

Plan for dissemination, communication and exploitation activities. (opens in new window)

D2.2 Plan for dissemination, communication and exploitation activities will be delivered by FCSE at M6 and will be updated at least once before the end of the project. The last version of the plan before the end of the project must include the dissemination and exploitation activities that the consortium plan to implement in a period up to 4 years after the end the project. The European Commission offers various free-of-charge services which we will use to support our dissemination and exploitation activities, along the project website and the knowledge management system that will be publicly available.

Report on human evaluation framework created for benchmarking. (opens in new window)

D2.5 Report on human evaluation framework created for benchmarking will be delivered by FMN at M6 and it represents a benchmark through which the human evaluators will ensure contextual relevance and appropriateness of the information provided by the LLMs. This deliverable will be under direct supervision of the external independent Ethics Advisor.

Report on the neurology-driven scenarios created. (opens in new window)

D7.1: Report on the neurology-driven scenarios created will be delivered by FMN and will represent a significant achievement towards establishing data base for fine-tuning LLMs as part of the research component in the project.

Detailed training curriculum and talent mobility programs. (opens in new window)

D2.4: Detailed training curriculum and talent mobility programs will be delivered by JSI in M6 and will include the programs for the training/workshop missions, the programs for the STSEs exchange, and the programs for the summer schools that will be realised in WP4, WP5, and WP6. Given the duration of the project, those programs will be updated at least once and will remain publicly available at the project website.

Report on the upgraded infrastructure and knowledge management repository establishment. (opens in new window)

D3.1: Report on the upgraded infrastructure and knowledge management repository establishment will be delivered by TU GRAZ at M12. This report will contain the results of the infrastructure assessment against state-of-the-art done by our EU partners and will provide the outcome of the eventual upgrade. Also as part of our Open Science practises, this report will include the establishment of the knowledge management system as additional module to the project website.

Datasets collected for the research. (opens in new window)

D7.2: Datasets collected for the research will be delivered by FMN at M17 and will represent organized and structured sources for neurology-specific tasks given the existing databases in Part B of the proposal and beyond - collected during the project activities.

Website establishment (opens in new window)

D2.3: Website establishment will be delivered by FCSE at M6. It will be regularly maintained and updated until the end of the project and will remain publicly available for at least 4 years after finishing the project. All the public deliverables and research produced within the project will be visible at the website.
