Deliverables
The comprehensive dissemination, exploitation, and communication strategy outlining the project’s communication goals, target audiences, and stakeholders will be determined by Tasks 5.1, 5.2, and 5.3. This deliverable will be updated at M25. The updated version will include the dissemination & exploitation activities that beneficiaries plan to implement in a period up to 4 years after the end the of project.
Data management plan (opens in new window)Data management plan (DMP) is dedicated to manage the data obtained during PHENOWEX. DMP will be created at M5 and will be updated at M18. DMP will cover the topics of data storage, and transfer routines. It will also manage the strategy of Open Data which is non-confidential for the projects and publicly available. This deliverable will be reopened and updated at M18.
Guidebook of Project Management and Administration (opens in new window)"The creation of the ""Guidebook of Project Management and Administration"" will serve as a valuable resource for widening institutions. This report will provide a reference point for project managers and administrators, offering best practices, guidelines, and insights into effective project management and administration techniques."
The quality and risk management plan of the project (opens in new window)The consortium's activities will be managed to get the desired results to ensure efficient management. The management committee, composed of each organization's project managers, and the quality and risk manager (QRM) will make up the consortium's management body. This deliverable will be reopened and updated at M19.

A comprehensive report of stakeholders’ needs (opens in new window)A comprehensive report of the stakeholder needs assessment task in WP3. The objective is to engage with key stakeholders, including breeding companies, agricultural research institutes, universities, farmers, and food companies.
A detailed report containing the actionable roadmap of EMOP (opens in new window)The initial step in the integration of PHENOWEX at a national level in Türkiye and Cyprus involves the compilation of stakeholder needs, as outlined in Task3.1. Subsequently, the second phase of integration will focus on establishing the 'Eastern Mediterranean Organization of Plant Phenotyping' (EMOP), which will provide a roadmap detailing the development, funding, and operational aspects of EMOP. A comprehensive roadmap will be developed in Task 3.3 to outline the key milestones, strategies, and initiatives required for the creation of EMOP.
