This deliverable involves the creation of the first version of the Data Management Plan (DMP) for the META-TOO project. The DMP will outline guidelines for the collection, storage, preservation, and sharing of project data, ensuring compliance with FAIR principles and guidelines. Utilizing the Argos tool, the DMP will be machine-actionable, facilitating information sharing among project stakeholders. The first version of the DMP will be made available both digitally and as a static document.

This deliverable involves the development of a comprehensive dissemination outreach and exploitation plan for the META-TOO project. Building upon the insights gathered from all project partners, this plan will outline the strategies and activities to effectively disseminate project findings to various target groups. The handbook will serve as a comprehensive guide outlining key project management procedures, roles and responsibilities of consortium members, communication protocols, and other essential project-related information. It will provide a reference document to ensure consistency and clarity in project execution and facilitate effective coordination among partners.

This deliverable will specify how the Gender Equality Plan of NKUA will be implemented within META-TOO, while looking for relevant best practices in INRIA and IDIBAPS.

Establishing the research collaboration framework (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

This deliverable entails the development of a comprehensive research collaboration framework. This framework will serve as a blueprint for orchestrating collaborative efforts among all project partners, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment of research activities. Drawing upon the expertise and contributions of each partner, the framework will delineate the strategic integration of research axes, defining how technical explorations led by INRIA and psychological studies led by IDIBAPS will intersect and complement each other. By establishing clear guidelines and protocols for collaboration, this deliverable lays the foundation for effective interdisciplinary research within the realm of social interactions in the Metaverse. It sets the stage for subsequent tasks within WP2 and contributes to the overarching objective of advancing knowledge and understanding in this emerging field.
