The toolkit will deal with the issues of metropolitan governance, metropolitan strategic planning, inclusive planning, climate transition and digital transition, exploring 1) barriers and opportunities across financial, legal, administrative, technological and organizational aspects; 2) participatory approaches and cooperation methodologies at the metropolitan level, 3) International Solutions Models of inclusive metropolitan planning in digital and climate transition.
Methodology for capacity building on digital and climate transition with a metropolitan inclusive perspective

This deliverable will propose a detailed methodological framework based on existing knowledge (Living Lab methodology, participatory human-centric approaches, urban and social innovations) and in-depth exchanges with project partners for development of the capacity building programme on digital and climate transitions for cities and regions with a metropolitan inclusive perspective.
