Data Management Plan (1)

DMP

The Data Management and IPR Plan will put emphasis on Open Data and Open Access principles; the IPR Plan will regulate the legal aspects of data and IP across the inter-sectoral network. As a CSA project, the emphasis is on developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), best practice documents etc. which will be made freely and widely available as part of the dissemination activities of the project, supporting the agenda of disciplinary convergence. The core DMP will be based on the Data Management Policy established as part of the previous Twinning project Promised. At present, its implementation is so far restricted to the archaeological materials science group, and further development is foreseen as part of this project.

Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Plan

Plan for dissemination, exploitation and engagement including communication activities, to be regularly updated in line with the GA requirements. The plan will provide details how to share research results with the scientific community, commercial players, civil society and policymakers (dissemination). In addition, the plan will provide details how to effectively use project results to inform policymaking (engagement with various Cypriot government departments / deputy ministries), or for commercial purposes through local SMEs (exploitation). The plan will also give details on our communication strategy for the academic community, local stakeholders, and the general public.
