A comprehensive Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation Plan (DCEP) (D6.1) will be developed to guide partners on efficiently sharing the project's findings and outcomes. This plan will outline targeted audiences, tailor messages, and utilize suitable communication tools and channels for effective dissemination. It will identify key project milestones and external events to enhance visibility and engagement. The DCEP, to be finalized by month 6 and updated as needed, will detail dissemination activities, tools, and strategies for sustained communication and exploitation post-project. Initial efforts will focus on establishing a cohesive project identity through branding elements like logos and templates to ensure a uniform appearance across all materials and platforms. The promotional strategy will include a variety of materials such as leaflets, posters, roll-ups, brochures, infographics with national language subtitles, web banners, a final project video, and digital newsletters to keep stakeholders engaged throughout the project. The project website, set to launch by month 2 and developed by Konistra, alongside active social media engagement, will serve as central communication hubs. MEFST and IMGGE will spearhead academic dissemination through scientific publications and articles, fostering collaboration among universities, public institutions, NGOs, and businesses, thereby encapsulating the project's collaborative spirit.

Following the objectives of the ERA Policy Agenda Action 16, T1.3 is focused on identifying the barriers and opportunities for scientific excellence and knowledge transfer in both member Widening countries (Croatia) and Western Balkan countries (Serbia). Following the context definition performed in T1.1 and T1.2, the analysis within T1.3 will investigate the differences in access to scientific excellence between non-Widening and Widening countries. The goal is to overcome the identified barriers and to utilize identified opportunities through InnoThyroGen’s successful deployment facilitated by the joint cross-border R&I strategy. T1.3 is to be considered a first step of a policy and strategy-oriented process that is placed throughout the project structure, and that will be continued in the development of the pilot-projects in Serbia and Croatia innovation ecosystems (WP4), Action and investment plans (T5.2) and InnoThyroGen’s long term self-sustainability strategy of Croatia and Serbia ecosystems (T5.3 and T5.4).
Data and Ethics Management Plan (DEMP)

T7.3 will ensure that data requirements are, firstly, defined and, afterward, respected during the whole project, encompassing all data stages: creation, use and processing. T7.3 will produce a Data and Ethics Management Plan (DEMP) (D7.2) by M5 – detailing the data that the project will monitor and generate, how it will be used (by whom and for how long), and how it will be curated and preserved – In line with EC rules, specifically the GDPR. The DEMP will be a dynamic tool that is updated regularly throughout the project duration. The DEMP and data management will be the tasks of the appointed Data Manager. This plan will cover the handling of data during and after the project lifetime, the rules for collecting, processing, using and generating data and the standards to be applied.
